Your tasks

  • Responsible to support sales representatives through field accompaniment
  • Analyzing development needs and train staff
  • Agreeing and monitoring staff targets and deriving measures for achievement
  • Continuous process and procedure optimization for Sales management
  • Responsible to win new Customers and manage current Customers in the assigned portfolio and sector
  • Responsible to identify market potential
  • Commercial Offer presentation & negotiation
  • Monitoring and managing time and quality of answering customer queries
  • Monthly monitoring and reporting of Sales Unit KPI's and yearly targets for Sales Team
  • Ensure application of credit guidelines
  • Responsible for CRM data quality
  • Responsible for Monitoring and optimizing of the Credit Management processes for the dedicated market
  • Monthly Salary: 4.000€ - 6.000 € gross

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years in Sales B2B
  • Professional leadership qualities
  • University degree
  • Professionalism of customer service provided by field sales staff (effectiveness/quality of procedures, service and customer- orientated behavior)
  • Advanced communication skills, self motivated, able to work autonomously, able to understand customer needs
  • PC skills - Microsoft office package
  • English speaking at conversational Level
