Chief of staff (m/w/d)

We’re searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our CEO and Director of Strategy & Business Development to coordinate and manage essential activities of our corporate NEXT Strategy and business operations. From day one, the chief of staff will have an incredible visibility within our international company and an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. As Chief of Staff, you will work with and report directly to the CEO - an excellent place to grow your career. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management/consultant role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Your Tasks

  • Taking responsibility – As the assistant and consultant to the CEO, you are responsible for the planning, preparation and the content of monthly shareholder meetings wit the CEO and the CFO, the weekly management board and executive meetings and attend them. You define clear action items and follow-up after the meetings
  • Strategy development – Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution. Be a liaison between the CEO and the Director of Strategy & Business Development. Lead (or co-lead) strategic initiatives on behalf of our CEO and Director Strategy & Business Development
  • Consulting and Guidance – In your advisory role you will support the CEO and other executives in decision-making processes. You help to coordinate business-wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success
  • Varied tasks – Be a liaison for staff, department leaders, executives and CEO. Facilitate leadership events and executive offsite Meetings. Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
  • Manage – You plan the CEO’s week ahead together with his executive assistant, attend important CEO meetings and deliver progress reports to the CEO. You also own and manage the company calendar and ensure deadlines are being met. Work with and lead cross-functional teams

Your profile

  • Training: You have completed a Master’s degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Experience: You have several years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting. You also have proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and Departments
  • Know-How: You have an insight on current Industry and market trends
  • Personality: You are highly resilient and committed. You work in a structured manner and always keep the overview. Your are an excellent communicator, trustworthy and reliable. You are extremely versatile and have solid interpersonal capacity
  • International: You have excellent written and spoken English skills and the willingness / ability to travel.
